Employee Incentive/Recognition Objective:
TNT Transit Systems, which owns and operates the Sydney Monorail, developed
"Power On," a 10-month incentive campaign, to improve customer service
on the system. The monorail was designed to provide service between the new
urban development in Darling Harbor and the central business district. However,
due to the worldwide recession of the early 1990s, new developments and stations
had been delayed or abandoned.
